Terms of Service

1. Scope and Provider

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between you as the user and the platform provider:

By using our service on dreamai.vision, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

DreamAI.vision provides an automated, AI-driven platform for the analysis, Jungian-style interpretation, and visualization of dreams on the basis of user-submitted texts or audio dictations. The dream interpretations and visual scenes are generated fully automatically using generative artificial intelligence (large language models and image diffusion models). The generated results are inherently non-deterministic, artistic, and creative. We do not guarantee the factual accuracy, psychological accuracy, scientific consistency, or therapeutic value of any generated report.

3. Eligibility and Age Limit

You must be at least 16 years old to access and use our service. By using dreamai.vision, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

4. Price and Payment

  • The price for generating one complete dream analysis report ("Dream Blueprint") is **€4.99** (final consumer price inclusive of applicable VAT under applicable tax regulations).
  • This is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or hidden charges.
  • Payments are processed securely via the external payment provider Stripe.

5. Delivery of Digital Content

Upon successful transaction processing via Stripe, your dream analysis report is immediately generated within your browser session (typically taking under 60 seconds) and provided as a downloadable PDF document.

6. IMPORTANT NOTE: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & WAIVER

(Pursuant to Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and national consumer laws)

As a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from contracts. However, because our service consists of the delivery of tailored digital content not supplied on a tangible medium:

You expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract (the generation and delivery of the Dream Blueprint) and you explicitly acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service execution has commenced.

You confirm this waiver before purchase by ticking the statutory checkbox in the checkout form. Refunds are not legally available after the dream interpretation has been generated, without prejudice to our voluntary technical refund guarantee (see Section 10).

7. Medical and Psychological Disclaimer

  • Entertainment and Self-Reflection Only: The services, reports, and visual assets provided by DreamAI.vision are strictly for entertainment, self-reflection, and artistic inspiration.
  • No Medical or Clinical Advice: The dream interpretations do NOT constitute psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or medical diagnoses, advice, or treatment. They are not a substitute for clinical diagnosis or care by a licensed physician or certified mental healthcare therapist.
  • If you are experiencing psychological crisis, emotional distress, severe trauma, or mental health issues, please contact a licensed mental health professional or your local crisis helpline immediately.

8. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Upon full payment of the one-time fee, the provider grants you a simple, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and non-transferable license to use, display, print, and share the generated PDF report and images for **private, non-commercial purposes** only. Commercial resale, commercial distribution, or use of the generated texts or images to train competing commercial machine learning models is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services in any manner that is illegal or harmful. Specifically, you are prohibited from:

  • Submitting text prompts that are violent, hateful, explicit, racist, abusive, or infringe upon third-party rights.
  • Attempting to bypass the built-in system safety instructions of the underlying LLMs ("prompt injection", "jailbreaking").
  • Interacting with our systems via bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means.

10. Support and Voluntary Technical Refunds

If a technical failure occurs on our part (e.g. payment is processed but the generation crashes or fails to deliver the PDF within your session), please contact us at info@dreamai.vision. Upon verification of the technical failure, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method via Stripe (reimbursements typically clear within 5-10 business days).

11. Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, our liability is limited strictly to the breach of essential contractual duties (cardinal obligations), and capped at the foreseeable, typical damage. These limitations do not apply to claims involving injury to life, body, or health, or under mandatory product liability acts.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For EU consumers, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of habitual residence. Commercial disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
