Right of Withdrawal
Consumers within the EU, EEA, or UK have a statutory right of withdrawal from contracts concluded online. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the statutory model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
PREMATURE EXPIRATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (such as our Dream Blueprint PDF reports), if we have begun performing the contract (the generation of the dream interpretation) after you:
(a) have expressly consented to the performance of the contract beginning before the expiration of the withdrawal period, and
(b) have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Because you have provided this express consent and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights by checking the checkout form checkbox before completing your payment, **your right of withdrawal expires as soon as the dream generation process begins**.
Support & Technical Failures
If there is a verified technical failure on our part (e.g., your payment was successfully processed, but the PDF report failed to generate or was never delivered after your session), you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the statutory waiver. Please contact our support team at info@dreamai.vision. Refunds for technical failures are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method via Stripe.
